1. Terms of business
These terms and conditions apply and are legally binding whilst Competitive Spark supplies services to you (the customer) in relation to Amazon services, namely, Pay Per Click (PPC) Management and Amazon DSP.

2. Period of contract
The contract will run from the date on which the contract is agreed by the customer for 90 days (unless agreed elsewhere with written confirmation). Once the initial 3-month agreement expires, Competitive Spark will require companies to come on board for 12 months (again unless agreed elsewhere with written confirmation).

3. Services Provided

Competitive Spark will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that customers' advertising receives the most favourable placing on Google, Amazon and social media.

Customers will provide Competitive Spark with all relevant information to ensure that Competitive Spark is able to ensure the correct exposure on the desired search engine.

4. Communication to the customer
Competitive Spark will maintain regular contact with the customer to ensure both parties are kept informed of all relevant information necessary to enable Competitive Spark to provide the services.

5. Payment for services
In consideration of the services provided by Competitive Spark, the customer will pay Competitive Spark at such a rate as set out in the contract between Competitive Spark and the customer and may, from time to time, be amended. Once an agreement has been arranged, the customer is expected to pay the Competitive Spark Management fee within five working days.

6. Method of payment
Payment from the customer to Competitive Spark will be made by credit or debit card or another method as agreed by both parties. The customer will provide Competitive Spark with all bank details necessary to enable payments to be taken.

7. Notice
All notices shall be in writing and will be deemed validly served if addressed and transmitted to the last known operating address of the recipient.

8. Confidentiality
We agree to not show or share any information of your account with any other business, organisation or individual, whether you are a client or not.

9. Liability
Competitive Spark’s liability is limited to the obligation on the part of Competitive Spark under this agreement. Competitive Spark will not be liable for any other liabilities, direct or indirect, except where caused by the sole negligence of Competitive Spark. In any event, Competitive Spark's liability will not exceed the value of 3 months' fixed fees incurred by the customer.
Competitive Spark cannot is held responsible for any loss of earnings as a result of your advert not showing on the search engines or for any other related reason.
